How long does shipping take?

This is typically within 5 working days (this excludes weekends and public holidays). All deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail and are tracked. 

If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us using the contact page, or email info@palmirawellnessandbeauty.com. Please make sure to send us your order number so we can investigate and rectify as swiftly as possible.

I have an issue with my order. What should I do?

Please contact us using the feedback form on our contact page or email info@palmirawellnessandbeauty.com explaining the problem that you are having and we will endeavour to fix this for you as quickly as possible. Please include your order number where applicable.

I’d like to return or replace my order

If you are unhappy with your item(s) or no longer require them, you are welcome to return them back to us, unused and in their original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If not they may not be eligible for a refund.

Contact us at info@palmirawellnessandbeauty.com with your order number and we can assist you with this.

Please note that products will be returned at the customer's cost. We advise that customers track their return to us for peace of mind and reassurance. We will process refunds (excluding shipping) once we receive the items. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed.

How can I change or cancel my treatment?

If your plans change you can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the appointment.

If you need to, you can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment and receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Details on how to reschedule or cancel are included on your confirmation email.

It is not possible to reschedule or refund a booking with less than 24 hours notice.

My order is a gift. Will you include pricing on your products, packaging or packing slips?

Don’t worry – pricing will not be displayed on any of the packages we send out, just on your email order confirmation.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately we only ship to the UK.

What are your product contents?

All product contents are listed on the packaging within your order, and on our website.

How do I let you know if I have any medical conditions or medication that may affect my treatment?

Guests are required to complete a health questionnaire upon arrival for their first visit which is reviewed by the therapist and discussed with the guest before starting. This is so the therapist can adapt and personalise your treatment where required.

Please ensure you check the treatment description for any medical restrictions before booking.

Medical conditions, pregnancy or certain medications can affect the treatment. We advise you to contact us before booking to see if we can modify the treatment.

I want to book a treatment but the link takes me to another website. Is this correct?

Yes. All treatment bookings are made via our Treatwell webpage which you will be directed to once you click to make your reservation.

Treatwell will display the most up to date availability for treatments as well as any current offers or discounts.
